I interviewed over the phone with a recruiter (internal), then met them in person at their office. Before meeting them I was asked to take a personality profile test online, which took about 30 minutes and mixed personality and reasoning questions. Immediately after meeting with the recruiter I took an Excel and computer skills test (very reasonable difficulty level). The recruiter was very friendly and welcoming, the interview was to the point but also a nice conversation. Afterwards I met with 2 managers for about 30 minutes, they were perfectly nice and asked a mix of « get to know you » and technical questions. I got an offer a few days after this last interview
