Interview was a few steps. First had a phone call with one of the managers. He then invited me to a group interview. After that then he individually told us whether we were hired or not. He asked good questions about our qualifications and skills and sought to get to know us as well. Overall a good experience.
Application submitted online. Received a phone call, had a quick chat with the manger and then got on to arrange an interview, then invited to an in person interview in store. For the interview, you’re shown around the store and then have the interview.
