Entrevista
Interviewees are asked to go to Gate F and tell the security guard that they are here for the job interview. Once called up, candidates are shown a powerpoint presentation. After that you will get interviewed by 2 different people. They will then tell you if you got the job or not right then right there. In case you do, make sure to bring proof or work eligibility (ex: Passport or Social Security card).

manager had a zoom meeting and it was scenario based questions. 'describe a time' type questions. Took around 45 mins and atleast for me, i was told on the spot that i got it.

It's a behavoral interview style phone call. It's not too bad, just be able to explain how you would deal with typical "customer service" style issues. How do you deal with an angry or upset guest? Offer was given as long as questions are answered well.
