Process held up due to lock out. 1 in person interview and cooking skills exhibition alone in empty kitchen showcasing a fully set chef table using anything I was able to find in the massive kitchen and dry storage areas. Spoke via telephone with Executive Chef, regional VP of culinary chef, and human resources.

Was contacted by the HR department to set up a face to face interview after a phone interview. Meet with the DO and the Exec Chef for about an hour each. Very informative and professional
