The interview process consistent for three separate interviews. Two with regional managers and one with the VP of sales. They really are looking to feel out who you are and what your work ethic is like. The job is very demanding and requires a lot of prospecting before you start making money

The process was a little long. I started with a phone interview and the took a personality test. After that I interviewed with a manager, then another interview with the VP, and finally did a "ride day" in the field with a sales rep. It was overall a good experience.
