Had a general screening, and did a task which was incredibly lengthy and took me almost 2 hours to complete. I finally got to a first-round interview (in May), and they told me I'd hear back in a few weeks. I've been ghosted. I wouldn't usually be bothered, but I took almost 2 hours out of my day to do their task, so to not hear back is incredibly rude. They also reposted the job ad. It would be more polite to reject your candidates first and then repost... Just a lengthy process, subpar first interview (signal was bad and the sound quality was shocking), 2-hour-long task - wouldn't recommend applying here for an editorial role.
