Very simple. Went through an agency, and was sent to the LN office. The interviewer was very friendly, asked simple questions, and took a genuine interest in me. I received word that I was hired within a week.

Written tests followed by video interviews. Thorough, I was given plenty of time, and it was a very professionally handled process. The recruiter was great, honest (honestly), and guided me through the steps. I didn't get the job but harbour no ill will at all, they were great.

Long interview process but met a lot of great people who had good questions. Ultimately I was not offered the role but am still very interested in the company. And continue to look at their postings.
