The process started where a recruiter from the company reached out to me on LinkedIn. They sent a technical assessment to complete. On successful completion of the assessment, I was invited for a technical interview. The interview entailed a short coding exercise and technical as well as cultural questions. I was told I would be offered a position after the interview. All of the above took about a week from initial communication to offer.
