Typical interview process. I got in through a friend introduction - sent letter of interest to Regional Manager. Spoke briefly by phone, and was handed over to the HR process. HR took me through the paperwork, initial phone screen, etc. Then had series of 1:1 interviews in office. Waited 2 weeks and was hired.

interview with HR, then with the Hiring Manager. received a very positive feedback, but , after got ghosted, even though they HR told me I will have another interview, they never came back to me which is the first time happened to me, I believe a more honest and transparent approach can help the company's picture a lot!
