Person showed up to the interview 5 mins late, didn't have any of my info pulled up on the screen and forgot who I was at the start of the interview. They seemed pre-occupied when asking me basic interview questions and I got the sense that the person wasn't paying attention during our conversation. Person was def. checking emails while interviewing me so I'm not sure why I was invited for an interview in the first place. I got the impression that they did not sound interested in the work they were doing at the company and was treating the UX work like "tasks" that need to be done for a paycheck. Otherwise, interview was easy.
