Entrevista
The process involved three rounds: an initial screening, a technical interview, and a final round with the manager. Each round went well, and I received very positive feedback throughout. However, after investing significant time and effort, I was informed that they decided to go with an internal candidate! While I understand the preference for internal hires, it was disappointing not to be informed earlier in the process. This experience left me feeling that my time was not valued and that better transparency could improve the candidate experience.

The interview process contained lots of stages and an assignment which had to be presented to management. The whole process was a waste of time as they ended up picking an internal candidate in the end.

Accompagnement RH complètement absent pour un candidat. Après avoir passé tous les entretiens pour un poste, je n'ai jamais eu de retour par rapport à ma candidature ou un feedback à la fin du process. J'apprends par la suite qu'une autre personne est prise sans que j'ai le moindre retour de la part de l'entreprise.
