The process started with an Intelligence test, wasn't too bad. Then a phone interview, which consisted of being asked the normal interview questions "tell me a little about yourself...etc" Then was the on-site interviews. This was a 5 hour process in which I met with 5 different interviewers starting with a peer interview all the way up to an executive vice president. As long as you don't lie and be yourself, you should be fine.
