They will give you two assignments with quick responses for both. The first for testing your qualifications as a translator, the second one is a scam to use you as a free labor. They will tell you the assignment is not the work, but actually it is, and you just cannot proof it. Then you finished the assignments with how many minutes you have already wasted on the assignment, and also ask you to do your best and don't rush, then finally they will response with something like you are not a fit after their whatever process. LOL, at the beginning of a work day, they have made a decision about a hard work professional translator's application for a part time contract position. What a Joke!

This company uses interviews (the second round) to have free labor. I passed the first round and asked to translate ten commercial short paragraphs. The CEO told me it was not real work; but it was by looking at the detailed descriptions of the products. It's like detailed product descriptions. I spent and wasted an hour on that, and did a good job in translation. But I never even heard back from the CEO. Do NOT fall for this scam. Someone should report this company. I am too busy to do so. But I'm giving the despaired job seekers a warning - don't waste your time on this company. The CEO and the Company are unethical.
