Hiring process: Initial contact with head of mathematics department of the college, with regards to possible vacancy. After expressing an interest, he arranged a meeting for me with the student mentoring scheme organiser (another member of staff in the maths department), with whom I was interviewed on a 1 to 1 environment. Soon after, I was notified of my acceptance on the scheme as a mentor.
