Simple; relatively normal interview process. The engineers were pretty silent/shadowing and didn't contribute much. Behavioural Interview was odd as the founder frankly sounded cocky/inexperienced: he knew exactly what to build to achieve PMF rather than talking about process; how they were working with design partners or iterating towards it etc (even though they had very few if any sales at the time). He deflected any questions on overall startup process/culture. Process was: 1. Founder Interview 2. Take home: write an SDK 3. System Design interview. 4. Behaviour Interview 5. Offer
