The initial interview was a video interview. You had 2 minutes to respond to a question. 60 seconds, and then 2 minutes to re-record your response. There were 5 questions. None were particularly difficult. They questions were worded in odd ways.

Panel interview, friendly people, good information about the teams objectives. The team was very comfortable working together which told me a lot about the department and how I might fit in. Specific work duties were vague which later I was informed it was due to the proprietary nature of something the team had developed themselves and it was being adopted by others very positively. This posed a little hesitation on my part during the process as I couldn't get a 'feel' for the work entirely. It all worked out great.
