Work culture is stable, established and mature - this isn't your mother's dot com startup. There's an expectation of self-management including dealing with a sharp learning curve of immersion in the insurance industry language and practices. Not overly personal - people tend to keep a crisp separation of home and work life, but not cold or stuffy. On most days, this is a solid, rational work environment that you can leave at work when you shut down your computer for the night.
