Call received to schedule a phone interview. The initial phone interview lasted for about 45 minutes although they categorize it as a screening as opposed to an interview. I was told that I would receive an email to schedule the next interview if I was chosen to move forward in the interview process. I did receive that email from the Nursing manager and had a phone interview with her and a job shadow immediately after. Two days later I had my final phone interview. The entire process took a little over four weeks and i found it to be a waste of time especially when you’re not offered the position. What is he point in sending someone to job shadow if there is no intention on hiring them?
