I applied through the company website in December 2012 and was contacted by HR in February 2013. I was first interviewed by an Associate Actuary though phone. She went through my resume and asked some questions about it. Then I was asked about some behavioral questions about leadership or teamwork. I did not behave well and did not go into the second round of on-site interview.

There was a simple phone screening first asking about some generic questions. That was followed by three back to back panel interviews that lasted for about 3 hours. The panel interviews were mostly technical.

Phone screen with HR. Then 3 back to back zoom interviews with actuarians. Lots of behavioral questions and some analysis of documents they present. Typical walk me through your resume questions. Everyone who interviewed me was very kind.

First I applied online through Way Up. Then I got an email back asking to schedule a phone screening. Now I am currently waiting to hear back from them. They were considerate of other application deadlines and decisions.
