The hiring process was quick but arduous. The nature of the business does merit a more strict interview process. The background check did take an unusual long time, but other than that the process was fairly smooth.

The Interviewer completely unorganised and uneducated on the role. He couldn’t answer any questions I asked that anyone would sales experience would be able to answer. It didn’t seem like he was prepared or invested in the team he was hiring for.
