Applied online and was called back in a few weeks. Asked to come in and essentially offered the job after 30 minutes of explaining what they do and how the system was supposed to work in order to handle the high volume of cases I would be assigned to handle. Asked for more time to think about it, especially the low pay. Was contacted in a week or so and agreed to come back to meet some of the other attorneys to get a feel for the office, but only for a brief time- not over lunch or outside of the office.

Most difficult question was if I would accept such a low salary- was told that numerous other candidates simply stopped interviewing once they heard the number. No real ability to negotiate- apologized that this was all they could offer.

Entrevista
I applied and more than 6 weeks later I got a call. I scheduled an interview, which lasted nearly 2 hours. At the end I was told the final decision comes from the top and they would let me know.

Entrevista
I was called in for an interview a few days after I applied. The interview was about an hour long and most of that time was spent going through my resume. There was a strong emphasis on there being a lot of work, and I was not sure if the interviewer was trying to scare me or if he was trying to gauge my willingness to work hard. I know a lot of employers are exploring alternative work environments, but I was surprised to learn that lawyers do not have a dedicated work space or phone in the office. The available salary is low.

Submitted a resume and was called in for an interview. Learned that it would actually be two interviews. The first was with two partners, and the second with the main partner. Seemed like they were trying to fit a someone in a very small niche position.
