Expect three separate interviews. First with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then the regional vice president. There is also a proctored exam that you will have to take. The interview will feel like common interviews where you'll talk about prior situations. As you move along the process, the questions will definitely get more challenging. It will feel like the managers will be getting a feel for your management style, analytical thinking and capabilities.

A long process, and you are given very little information along the way. It takes weeks for them to get back with you between interviews. Basically you are left not knowing what is happening.
