This was a 45 minute phone interview. About 1/2 of it was a "get to know you" discussion. The other half of the interview was behavioral questions dealing with possible situations that might occur in doing the open position. Such as: “Tell me of a specific time you presented a new program to a customer but they were not positive about the program. How did you handle it?" I believe the interview went well. I am now scheduled for a second phone interview.
