Applied through their website. Had to fill out a detailed personality questionnaire then took a timed quiz testing analytical skills. Phone interview was a generic behavioral interview that lasted about 20 minutes. The man conducting the interview over the phone was extremely nice and it was overall a pleasant experience.

The interview was probably one of the worst interviews I have ever had. It was over the phone. The interviewer called and had a very thick accent which was hard to understand. Her line had a lot of static and it sounded like there was a fan blowing through the line. She had to hang up and call me back and the connection was still pretty
