Attended open house after submitted resume online. Was interviewed immediate while attending open house in a very informal, relaxed manner. Able to be very conversational with the interviewer during this interaction. Was able to freely ask questions about the company and role for which I was applying for. Was then taken to a computer and asked to complete the same assessment I had previously taken when applying for the position online. Second interview was more formal. The interviewer asked specific questions about a number of previous job experiences. Interviewer wanted to know what the experience was, how I/other parties handled the situation, and how it was resolved. Reviewed resume in detail. Was advised would receive a follow up call to provide further information about status of application for employment. Received the phone call within a week and started within the month.

Not too good. The interview process is difficult for no reason. The recruiter sent me the “sauce” and I followed everything when the hr interviewed me it was totally different from the “sauce” I was sent. The company does not seem to be culture friendly either.
