Lengthy process due to my back ground and credit check..the verification company kept calling asking me to make payments on an outstanding debt i had on my credit report. First they had me sit in call center to shadow another employee, evaluate the job duties and process. Then a series of timed assessments at a computer. followed by an interview with 3 to 4 team managers asking interview questions of which i studies online the night before, which did benefit from that.
