They asked behavioral based questions. They are looking for very specific ways I demonstrated skills. We discussed how my skills were relevant. It was very conversational and discussing my various experience. I had to talk to the hiring manager several times and then her manager.

I had two rounds of phone interviews with the recruiter and then the hiring manager, and and then was flown in for in person final rounds interviews with the team and hiring manager.

Amazing team! Very kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my conversations with the recruiting managers. They are very supportive of their teams. Only hire from within for management, which is cool!

Entrevista
I was referred by a friend and had an informational interview before the phone interview. I went into the Boston office for 3 rounds of interviews, and the interviews felt like informal (in a good way) conversations. I waited about 2 weeks before I heard back from the interviewers, but it was also because they were offsite at a Conference. They did provide me with a counteroffer when I told them I had a competing offer elsewhere.
