This was probably the most unprofessional interview I've ever experienced. It was a phone screen through Microsoft Teams. I waited in the meeting room for 30 minutes and no one ever joined. So I emailed the recruiter conducting the interview who informed me he was in a meeting and needed to reschedule to an hour later. It would have been nice for the recruiter to have to common courtesy to email me informing of his other meeting before I wasted 30 minutes. So we rescheduled. I then sit in the meeting room again for 10 minutes before receiving an email from the recruiter saying the position has closed. I will probably never apply here again because the interview process is the first impression for the company as a whole and this one was inconsiderate and unprofessional.
