Super easy interview process that includes a tour of the hospital. Everyone seemed nice and seemed to love their job. The director even asked another employee to come into the interview to provide perspective.

They had the whole hospital nurse manager, charge nurse, chief nursing officers etc sit in on the interview which I’ve never had before. But it’s a super small hospital so I am assuming that is why
