I put in application and they called me to come in. When I came in they said I had to take the class to work as a tax preparer. I had to pay for the class ahead of time.

When I interviewed as a co-op student, they asked me about the courses I had taken in school, whether I had a fundamental understanding of taxation, and if I possessed traits such as attention to detail. The overall atmosphere of the interview was quite relaxed, and afterwards, they took me on a tour to familiarize myself with the office environment.
