Various breakfasts and meetings with Joel, one of the Founders. There were several phone calls - rarely on the day scheduled. Joel would schedule and reschedule dues to "emergencies.'

I met the owner and was asked to do personal favors for him during the interview. I thought it was a joke. However, I did end up running personal items for his wife to another family members house. The first interview was 6 months before I joined. After the interview I thought we were moving forward quickly. We didn't. It took 6 months of missed appointments, missed calls, another emergency etc. When I finally had a contract and start date it had to be pushed a few more days for another "emergency" situation.
