Initially, I applied online. However, I knew other agents who worked there and asked them to put in a good word for me. I had a phone interview and then was scheduled for a group interview. At the time, the department was doing pretty large volume hiring, so I had an interview with 4 different directors.

Group interview, fairly straightforward. The interviewers were kind and personable. They shared lots of info to the point I didn’t have many questions, which I really appreciated. Only had that one interview, hired shortly after.

I applied online. They sent back a day and time to interview in a group. Answered three or four super basic questions. The interview was through Microsoft teams and is eastern time specific.

once I applied It took about a month before they reached out but moved quickly once they contacted. the interview was me and 2 other candidates and 2 interviewees. there were questions but it ended up being more of a conversation between us all
