My first interview was a group interview with three other candidates. Only department managers sat in and it was awkward and didn't flow well with three of us trying to get our time in to talk- I did get a call back to interview further but to a different department that I did not apply for. This time I was interviewed by 3-4 team leaders all at once, which went much more smoothly.

Small group interview via Zoom, format was a round-robin style where the interviewers asked questions and applicants answered in alternating order. Then, there was a Q&A at the end. The interview takes about 45 mins - hour.

Straight-forth interview process. Hiring manager will provide salary expectations and workplace standards in first round of interviews. I was impression by the hiring management team. Ultimately, hiring manager will want to learn more about your goals and LU can advance your potential.
