One interview was conducted relatively quickly after the job application deadline expired. Interview questions did not seem carefully crafted to job requirements. Interviews are mandated by HR. Preferred candidate may already have been determined prior to job announcement. Incumbent and peers were helpful beforehand. Absolutely no communication afterward. Interviewers warned that process is very lengthy, but nobody willing to provide status after 4 months.
