Candidatei-me online. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Lidl (Waltham Cross, England).
Entrevista
First applied online and got a phone call a few days later in which I had to call for a telephone interview I then was told that I passed the initial questions, I then got an email informing that I will need to go to an interview which involved 2 people, my area manager and another gentleman, this is where the scenario questions are involved and more understanding about you.
I then was emailed that I was successful and was asked in for a final stage interview, this involved me going down to the store and doing tasks, my store manager was with me while asking some questions about my work experience and also why lidl, this then followed a one to one interview.
After this I was brought into a room with my store manager and area manager and got told that I got the job!
All I would say is lidl is looking for people who want to progress and can see that you want to and have potential, you have to be hard working and show you want it.
No point attending the interview if you do not want to stay there that long.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
