I applied through the normal online avenues. I received a link to complete the online assessments. About 3 weeks later I received an email regarding a telephone interview with somebody from the Talent Group - The interviewer was incredibly relaxing and really tried to gain the best from me. I was lucky enough to get through to the final stage assessment centre, this consisted of 2 group exercises and 1 face to face interview. All were carried out in a relaxed and fairly informal environment, which enabled me to be able to really get myself across rather than freezing up in a traditional pressurised interview. Great interview process, waiting on their decision as to whether I will be lucky enough to get the role.
