A group interview with 2 other applicants. Then they briefly talked about the type of work and showed the various departments including the tills, the storage area, the safes and the bakery.

The interview process was efficient and went by quite quickly. Prepare well in advance, look into the company, and you will be fine. Make sure to ask a question at the end of the interview!

Kurz und ergiebig. Sympathische Recruiter und vielfältige Gesprächsthemen. Gute Einführung in die Frage Runde. Am Schluss etwas abrupt beendet. Aber dennoch okay. Danach in keine zweite Runde eingeladen worden. Trotzdem eine gute Erfahrung gemacht.

Very basic interview. Took 10 minutes where they assessed what you would do in various situations. As long as you gave the "obvious " answer then you were fine. Apart from that they just asked for details
