Large room group format and it was quote daunting. There was around 30 applicants there and I think some were offered area manager positions. It was an all day event that started at 10 and finished at 4.

Formal laid back to the point quite easy over all very generic basic questions that you would get in any other interview. Wouldn’t recommend place to work very poor structure no support by your line manager

Difficult and challenging. Corporate. You will be asked lots of questions and those things you will never do. The interviewers seemed arrogant. Great pay but they will work you to the bone.
