The interview process was seemingly normal - a couple rounds of interviews, a couple of projects but then when you get to the final round, be prepared to have a complete anxiety attack. You walk into a room of 10ish suits you probably haven't met along the interview process and proceed to interrogate you. They ask questions like: "what kind of sin are you bringing into the workplace that is going to reflect back on us?" and "is there anything on your social media that would compromise the integrity of Life Church's image?" and then they proceed to all pull up your social media and comb through it. This interview is roughly an hour long and while I see that they take their roles seriously, it was intense and derogatory. I was offered the position but decided to turn it down due to the last leg of the interview process. I just felt slightly violated even though I had nothing to hide.

The interview process is very thorough, but fair. There are many great questions asked and there is some testing and a test project involved. If you are going through the process, you may want to make sure you have space created to be able to execute the additional tasks associated with the process.
