It took four interviews on offer to finally get the basic out of them which of course was a fraction more than what I was getting. In the end it seemed like there was no real plan when it came to the on boarding process so I could not take the risk. Commission structure was also very confusing and not inspiring but more geared around compliance that was paid quarterly that would give them more of an opportunity to stifle bonuses.
