Interview was about 20 to 30 minutes long relatively easy and normal interview questions. I was Interviewed then was given a tour of the facility and some team members. To finish it we met with the general manager for a couple minutes.

I had two separate rounds of interviews. Most of the questions seemed really inappropriate for the position and were more geared towards company loyalty and policy and not the actual job. There was also a cleaning trial part to the interview before the job was offered. You were expected to memorize the mission statement and followed around a trainer to be tested on your cleaning skills.
