We had a group of 20-30 people applying for the job get in a group and we played our 10-minute games with other tryouts acting as "campers." We then were taken away to talk with the GM and kids manager in regards to our skills for the job

Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time

Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
