Entrevista
Filled out an application online, then had my first interview which was a professional interview, one on one. Got called back for a second interview, which was to test my skills. It included a mock training session. If I get called back there will be a third interview with the general manager.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
