The hiring & interview process was extensive, & they genuinely wanted good people working with the children that understood their mission. They did a background check & checked references, along with asking about my experience & what I had encountered in my experience. They also asked about scenarios & how I would handle them.

Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time

Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
