Over the phone, very general and fast talking. Did not go into detail regard job responsibility or how the pay is distributed among team. The facility sounds incredible, set up face to face.

Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
