There is a 3 part hiring process to ensure that we don't hire anyone sub par to the goal of the team we are trying to build. First interview is formal with the Department Head, then a practical assessment with an Assistant Department Head, and finally a last interview with the Club Manager.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
