Applied online and was sent an email invitation to interview in person. It was a two part interview. First interview was with department assistant. The second interview was with department head.

It was easy, simple questions with the cafe manager. There is a second round with the general manager. Be more prepared with the common interview questions for the second interview.
it was quick and they were very nice. they asked the usual interview questions. they just made sure the morals lined up with theirs. they got back to me quick.

Make sure to do your research on the company because the general managers look for the proactive insight you have about he company and they can do for you, not just what you can do for them.
