3 step interview. Initial interview is simple get to know you and let you know more about what they are looking for. Second in person interview is more in depth and questions based upon kids and customer service. Once you reach the third interview it is with the general manager and more technical questions.

What is the most embarrassing moment you've had in your career history?
Very easy & quick. Not too many questions & the questions that are asked are very simple to answer. Very seamless process - phone screening, interview one & interview two.

Entrevista
2 interviews the first one with the manager and the next one with the general manager. Make sure you know the mission statement. Make sure you know why you want to work with kids and also include fitness.
