Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Life Time (Toronto, ON) em mai. de 2015
Entrevista
Went into a job fair and applied for three positions. Everyone was very friendly and professional, though I saw a table of people waiting who were all dark skinned male teens which I thought was rude, I have a feeling it was done on purpose. They forwarded me ahead to an interview and I am white female. I got a second interview on the spot for kids academy position, and a call back with the cafe position. After my second interviews, the supervisors of either department talked and wanted me for full time for the cafe. I said I wanted both part time, but it's a new building and they probably didn't want to train me twice, plus with full time you get benefits I'm hearing. Needless to say, second interview was very easy and they told me for the last and final interview with the GM, I would need to recite the mission statement and tell them what it means. My interview is tomorrow and I am confident I'll get the position. I would like to work at Lifetime.
