- interviewer asks you to take them through a barbell bent over row, rdl, and over head movement of your choice
- then you are asked why life time over other gyms
- then you are given a clip board and name tag and asked to go around the gym and try to get some leads for free consults and come back in 5 minutes just to see how comfortable you are in approaching others

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
